DVD Review: It's All Too Much with Peter Walsh

When your home is organized, your life will just be much smoother. I'm a living testimony to that fact.

Broad "A" will back me up when I tell you that my home used to be messy and full of clutter. I always felt overwhelmed by it all. My life was upside down. My finances were a mess, I looked awful (because clothes sat in the ironing basket)...I was out of control.

I remember the look of shock on "A's" face when she came to visit me a couple of years ago. She was absolutely shocked at how I now live. My home is orderly, clean and I'm surrounded by the things that I love. My life is also in order - I am able to do things that I couldn't before. When your surroundings are orderly, your life will fall into suit.

If you still need help organizing on the home front, famed organizer Peter Walsh (from TLC's
"Clean Sweep" and the Oprah  Winfrey show) has released the DVD companion to his popular book "It's All Too Much."

Last year I was lucky enough to attend a webinar with Peter and a lot of what he taught us, I found really helped me reign in the disorder. This DVD offers Peter's easy to use tips and tricks to decluttering. It's like having a personal at-home coaching session with Peter himself.

Peter begins by helping you wade through the types of clutter in your life (making the decluttering process a lot easier). Then Peter helps you to develop a PLAN to putting clutter in it's place one room at a time.

Simply apply your newly learned skills and the clutter will disappear.

This DVD is an investment that will impact all aspects of your life. When the weight of clutter is lifted, things just seem to fall into place.

I got this book (same name) at the library a couple of weeks ago, and it really spurred me to fill up some trash bags. I'm sure the DVD will do the same!!
