Have you noticed that no matter how much money (or how little money) you have - it's STILL not enough? I'm actually VERY GOOD with my money. I'm EXTREMELY creative with how to get what I need/want for the least amount of money. I've always been able to do that and I still live that way. I knew that this book would be RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!Being near the holidays I immediately opened the book to the chapter on Gift Giving. The chapter is FILLED with strategies for everything from Black Friday shopping to Stocking up on the Free Extras (like gift boxes, bows, wrapping, etc.). Most of the information was common sense, but I liked the reminder to always ASK for a gift box when shopping year round (so when the holidays come you won't be BUYING them).
But this book isn't about the holidays, it's about YEAR ROUND money saving tips. From saving on health (prescriptions and insurance) to traveling on the cheap, there's a little something here for everyone.
When it comes to Beauty you'll learn Where to Shop and money saving tips as well as when to skimp and when to splurge.
As with all of the Idiot's Guides you'll find boxes with tidbits that you won't want to miss like
- Definitions - define terms that YOU need to know
- Dollar Stretchers - easy tops & tips to make you dollar really stretch
- Penny Pitfalls - alert you to warnings to heed and ways to look out for your dollars
- Super Savers - ways to further stretch and save your bucks

This is a good book for the basics on frugally saving and cutting corners on wasteful spending. Would love to see books like this in giveaways. Everyone could use a bit of help on their finances.
