Health Products Review & Giveaway: PreHistin

I have truly debilitating allergy symptoms since I moved to Utah, I decided to try this new product by Cobalis Smart Science based in Irvine, CA. I am not scientific, so I will quote from the PreHistin literature: "elevated levels of Immunoglobulin E (IgE) - a class of antibody - have been proven to be associated with the onset of allergy symptoms due to an increased or over-active release of histamine." Evidently, people who have allergies can have up to 10 times the normal levels of IgE in their blood.

Noting that PreHistin contains all natural ingredients (as listed on box: cyanocobalamin USP 3.3 mg) I decided to try it. I know listing the ingredients is dull however, I know that I personally, like to talk to my doctor and go online to look up these things so I include them. My allergy symptoms are severe. I get migraine headaches, nausea and dizziness whenever the weather changes (a constant in Utah). I also have sinus infections. I have a nasal steroid prescribed by my doctor for this but it doesn't help the headaches. I also hate to take steroids.

I have been using PreHistin for 1 1/2 weeks, and the box says it needs to be used for at least 30 days to see a change. I haven't had any headaches and I also cannot make any claims as my headaches come and go. However it does make sense to me - I am very preventative with my health - so I am going to continue using PreHistin. It comes in cherry flavored lozenges that go under the tongue and melt almost instantly.

Since I am only a reviewer, I am only introducing this product and you readers can go from there. I hope it helps me!
